The two companies are old and influential – both were created in the early years of last century – Luxury in 1904 and Forbes in 1907. The market in the website “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate” this year exceeded one hundred and fifty billion. There are no Bulgarian companies in there. It is a market of the brand, not of the price. Cristie’s and Sotheby’s are smaller. But their luxury property divisions are presented in Luxury. The world of the Great Gatsby.

How do we come this morning to the greatest luxury property market in the world? What I wish to present to you is the most innovative project at the market at the moment. The project attracted the attention and the support of the largest media group in the world, after having the support here! Now the project is progressing well. The breakthrough happened in less than a month. Now, in March. It is an art project. Culture is economy. Today the economy is culture. Exchange and value cultivation.

The author’s main idea is that luxury property customers and art buyers are the same people. Even more! Art belongs to the home. There is no luxury without culture. Luxury standards are even formed in the process of culture exchange.

Swept by the functionalism of the last century we forgot that culture and art are a natural human need and require their own separate space - alongside with the kitchen, the bedroom and the closet. Culture does not come after bread. Bread is culture.

That is the main idea of my project ARTESTATE. The term “Artestate” is my modest contribution to the English language.
