A letter to my Muse

For the first time, I post something so personal. But ... why not! Wording is preserved as it is. It is Christmas Eve!

I do not know how it works but wherever I talk to you a sudden desire comes to me to make all kind of things. It’s not what you think :)

I eat, drink and sleep. I could not concentrate and relax enough to mobilize. And old injuries continue to drag new incidents of the same kind. It is also a matter of place- the place is a stream of probabilities - not just landscape. When I felt not just force but super power, my dreams were lining up like soldiers in a clear horizon of real events ... and everything becomes clear and happens by itself. And now I need to seek deferrals and justifications - but not quite. “Muse” reveals a connation about that. The Muse is the brightest display - and the most visible one. I do not share those things afraid not to waste them if I do so. But ... you see – it is working.

And from practical point of view - as a business - I received a letter of invitation from the head of the royal state fund of Oman with an invitation to apply with my project - the funding is at 2% interest. So ArtEstate Studio is listed among the biggest. His salutation was not Dear Veselin  - but Dear Colleague - we are in Proxio -Facebook of the largest property retailers. Luxury recommended me - as a partner. It is symptomatic but I am telling it because it describes the company – it is in full swing!!

Well, there are not enough money!!! So I have to shift to a very tough mode - obviously I have a lot to clear out and regenerate.

I'm talking about myself but in fact I comment what is happening. Just info. Otherwise, you know that I'm a quiet, gentle and shy man.

When you want to touch me and see that I am true - not a dream or an aspiration – call me and write.

Artists

I intended to write today about Deloitte Luxemburg and their program Art & Finance, conducted with major art magazines and of course in cooperation with the Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam. Last spring I was carrying on correspondence with Adriano Picinati di Torchello.

However that was too much for me. Money, markets, management ... true, it's such a part of the profession, without which you would wonder where is “the uncle from America”, just the same as surviving without English language or computers. It's part of the culture. Nevertheless, what is right is not to restrain creativity in rules, but on the contrary, however, to open the dreary rules and schemes to the simplicity of the natural impulse – just as it happens in life and art. And then somehow things happen all by themselves.

See how -

Muse

The movie on my site is the first one in my life. And my site is in fact the most of what is possible – and the possibilities are very limited. Also, I have no driver's license.  I've had cars many times in my life. Sometimes several at the same time. When I have a Muse, I have cars. Then comes misery ... the life of the artist ... I do not know how it works.

I enjoy doing brand new things. Constantly and for the first time. But now I have problems. I will illustrate them with the dramatic creative destiny of a film studio. I was filled with admiration as I saw the wizard approach and the easе with which they have the things done - finally I was about to become a fan of someone ....
See THIS>
And THIS>
But I saw also this >>
disaster ... no imagination..boredom. No one ... it’s not them.

Both their films were a lucky hit of a magical Muse. She fills the sails of the fucking boat. OMG ... this girl really has no idea what happens upon her appearance. The moment she realises, the movie will come to an end. But I still hope that it is not always so. Who knows?

Today I am opening the exhibition. At five o'clock in the afternoon.

For the second time

this year I will present the project in Luxury. Yesterday my video was uploaded. It is not perfectly flawless because of the compression, but still  - it will be available for streaming even in India.
-        - We Have added the video on your advertising page and it looks really great! :) – Charlotte, Senior Manager of the LuxuryRealEstate edition,  wrote - Have a wonderful Christmas season!

Well, there it is - Byala Artestate!

I decided to look around among my new colleagues and partners. Without mentioning Sotheby's and Christie's, I want to see what kind of people they are. Some, like the President of Varburg Reality, founded back in 1896, holding a major share of the market in New York, in the luxury real estate segment over 5 million, where I am expected to present the project in April, and I am only some poor relative talking about price and I keep the level only on the top of my brush! Further on ... Here! Wow, how innovative they are! Here's a representative from the Luxury Board of Regents!

Calm down, no prejudices! The only reason to let an artist in their game is that we have things that mark out the limits of civility. Ideas are the only real capital ... We live in the age of  information, not in the world described in our childish legislation as movable and immovable property. My piece of work is a link.
Is a link movable or immovable property, you fools?

Now I get back to the exhibition – still some work until the opening ... Have a nice day!

BYALA ARTESTATE. World Premiere.

Our True Nature.
ARTESTATE project is an act of contemporary art.

True art. True home. The message Our True Nature is the shortest description of the concept. I launched its world premiere in the beginning of this year. In my consideration 20th century functionalism and materialism made us ignore the natural and essential need for creativity and art in the home, without which man is not complete. The place of art is in the home, not in the gallery, the gallery is a road, not a goal. Home itself is our aspiration and our culture. In XXth century global standard for adequate home assigns a separate space for each basic need – a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a closet, we have a library and an office but never a dedicated gallery space and a studio. We use art to decorate the premises without emphasising the fundamental importance of the creative act brought into our lives, and for that reason we take art rather as entertainment and leisure, not every moment in life as a creative act and spiritual practice. The goal of my ARTESTATE project is to restore this natural condition inherent to us. We love living surrounded by true nature and we abandon true art only in galleries. Our life is an expression of consciousness, not a simple set of functions.

To demonstrate that True Art and Nature are a complete living environment, I found an appropriate housing space with fantastic view, with a huge roof terrace right on the beach, in Byala, Bulgaria. The long and spacious hallway resembles a gallery and is suitable for exhibiting high-quality art. For the first project I have selected a collection of famous Bulgarian artists, presented in our national as well as in city galleries and private collections. I organised an exposition and presented in Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Art and Home as a comprehensive visual object. I named this act ARTESTATE. I wish this new word in English to be used as a term.
ARTESTATE combines all the functions of the house, the open studio as well as the gallery - search for works and collections, a party for the new exhibition, sharing with collaborators and friends, everything which is art, sharing and exchange of values. ARTESTATE is not only your home, it is also your Open Studio.

Home follows our human nature, articulates our place in natural and social environment, without keeping us apart from them, gives them an image, associates them and is an expression of our interaction with and within them.

My project is located close to Kara Dere, the most exciting wild natural environment, forests and beaches on the northern coast, next to White Rocks formed in four geologic periods. Surrounded by wild forests and beaches, enjoy a fantastic spot to live, relax, sport or dive in the sapphire limpid waters. Light a fire wherever you want. Then clean everything. The place must be kept authentic even after 2000 years. You stand here 2000 years after the first inhabitants of the town of Byala. Take a look – it is beautiful, clean and true. Take your smartphone with you. Into the Wild, a step away from your home, you have first-class communications. And they are already integrated in our nature. Make new exhibitions, I am already preparing my second one in the penthouse, select new collections, share with friends and on the net your new searches and moods.

In the first February project, Art appeared as a collection of paintings typical of the second half of last century in Bulgaria. In the current project, I want to involve a wider range of value space. For the new exhibition I have selected Paris School masters of lithography – George Papazov, Salvador Dali, Max Ernst, Francis Picabia, Henri Matisse, Marc Chagall, Fernand Léger, Pablo Picasso and Calder, for the main reason that you deserve this home.

True art. True home.

ARTESTATE.

Our true nature.

Passion

I am listening to two crazy cellists. I can’t help sharing the piece with you. Nothing to add. I feel hooked on their sound.

Today I printed the 28 canvases of my exhibition. I did not cast a glance at them. Otherwise I won’t stop worrying until tomorrow. I am also expecting the link for Luxury. That is where the premiere will take place. I will look at that tomorrow, as well.

Now listen to them:

Two composers from Ton 10 for Contemporary Music

Missy Mazzoli is one of those young contemporary composers who predefined sensitivity and our feelings for modern but classic in its essence sound.
Warmly welcomed by The New York Times, as one of the "Composers consistently inventive and surprising creating in New York," Missy Mazzoli is an American composer and keyboardist established in Brooklyn, whose works reach beyond the line of classical music and indie, with intrusive and innovative sound. Her debut opera Song set the bar high at the premiere in 2012, causing a lot of noise and enthusiastic reviews. Moreover, her works have been performed around the world from New York City Opera to Sydney Opera House. She currently works as a composer-in-residence with Opera Philadelphia and Gotham Chamber Opera. Listen:

And now the surprise! Dobrinka Tabakova

A native Bulgarian, Dobrinka Tabakova shows amazing talent from an early age by winning "Jean-Frédéric Perrenoud Prize" in the fourth International Music Competition in Vienna before turning the age of 14. She was welcomed by esteemed composer John Adams as "extremely original and rare. " A graduate of King's College London, where she received her PhD in composition, Dobrinka Tabakova’s works have been described as "thoughtful and approachable" by Gramophone Magazine, with a sound that is both familiar and new. Her debut album String Paths was released in 2013 and received a Grammy Award nomination for "Best Classical Compendium in 2014.

Pull yourselves together!! I will not write just for talented young women :)
Now seriously – Take a look – everyone make their way at the age when, in our country, their fathers would have send them as waitresses at Planet to see how to earn one’s living. And finally - no bread, no stage, but Terminal 2. Because at a young age some fool has told them that in order to have money, there should be blood, tears and snivel. Take notes! The young artist should not think about money. And to think about money in Bulgaria is the most pathetic idea you can come up with in a country with poor governance.

Nothing looks like the way it does.

If you have decided to make a career as a bass player, abandon it. There's no point. The innocent creature you think happens to be accidentally in Paste studio in New York, is your most brutal competitor that you might encounter. Tal Vilkenfeld

If you think it is all set up, you are mistaken. She's innocent, but while playing even her sandals get excited by the phrase sculpting. She made a success as a teenager and surfs on the wave of the greatest guitarists we have ever heard. Tours the globe with their bands. Gently in the background, only seemingly. Here she is with Herbie Hancock, and then playing Jimi Hendrix‘s Foxy Lady with the band of Jeff Beck, with soloist Billy Gibson from ZZ Top.

Now, at 30, she seems to me a little tired, but it’s only when not on stage ...
I had a friend from Rotterdam, she was actively performing on European stages with her band percussionists. He was 28. You know, she told me once, for five years I sleep only four hours. I need to constantly win prizes to receive invitations to concerts. I make the living for 17 people band. You see?
That is the situation. So if you want the show to continue, buy something from the site of our small Australian girlfriend Tal Wilkenfeld, Here>

Good morning with György Sándor Ligeti!

whose Artikulation in the seventies was visually interpreted by Rainer Weiniger who makes the graphic design of the score of Ligeti. there it is

And the onstage interpretation:

For the First Time

There comes a day when everything is new and for the first time. I am preparing a new exhibition. For the first time I bought world masters’ lithographs. For the first time I am launching a world premiere There and Here at the same time. For the first time There is actually Here. For the first time it's not about different worlds, separated by deep prejudices having formed our  personality and our national mentality. For the first time.

Two hours ago I came back along the winding streets of the old resort, close to the sea and I took care not to miss the building - cold wind is blowing, mixed with humidity and drizzle, just like in the old Netherlands. I came back into my new studio for the first time. Air conditioners were working hard and I had left the lights in the corridor on. I unpacked from the paper the new glasses and dishes. I took out the wine from the fancy round cardboard box-not very old Merlot (no need to be very old, bouquet comes out after the third year) I opened it with the new corkscrew and lit a candle, then poured into two new glasses. One for me. The othercomes for it is not good to drink good wine alone.

Two weeks left before the exhibition – I need to print on heavy, expensive paper Turner  the masterpieces of Matisse, Picasso, Chagall, Calder and other, as well as landscapes of wild Kara Dere and White Rocks. I will put them in a box - like handmade book in small number of signed prints. Not more than 50 pieces. I hope they will be enough. Wondering if there will be any left for New York? I have not been in New York. And this will be for the first time, as well.

I will get them uploaded In Luxury during the week. I'm not for the first time in Who's Who. It's not that important. The important thing is that I have learned how to turn what is exciting to me also significant for the others. Perhaps that is success. I do not know. For the first time.

ArtEstate. A collection of lithographies.

Even in my wildest dreams I have never imagined that one day I will be able not only to admire at museums, but also to include in my project works by authors like Salvador Dali, Max Ernst, Francis Picabia, Marc Chagall, Picasso, Calder, Henri Matisse, Fernand Léger ... and that I will purchase from as far as the States a piece of Papazov. Well here it is. Followed by Dali and the rest.
