ARTESTATE Project. Statistics.

Starting from 9th February up to now, within the global network of professional real estate agency where I benefit of the highest status - platinum with rights to work worldwide, I have sent 1032 invitations to join my network for collaboration. Up to now 211 large agencies responded, once acquainted with my ARTESTATE Project. In the Bulgarian list, 11 agencies have shown interest in the second following me. BG agencies on the market amount to 76, in total. Alone, I collect twice as much interest as all of them put together. Furthermore, I worked my way and finally created a network for about a month. Some of the agencies in the industry are created in the early 1893 ... This is the situation. I need to consider ...

What is surprising is that this business is strictly regulated and deviations from the rules as well as from the industry standards created in the last centuries are considered at best for incompetence – which throws you out of the circle immediately. At worst - for dishonesty and fraudulence, etc - genetically inherent to our national business practices. Therefore, the acceptance of the project of an artist, moreover coming from SUCH a country (BG) was amazing.

So with these clarifications - if we consider the process as a sociological survey among the best agencies in the world, I enjoy 20.44% approval.

And so. Today, I should have travelled to Southampton. From there to New York. That was the plan and I managed to accomplish something else. On the road...

I am very curious about the reactions of our art critics. Is this sculpture, asked a member of the state commission, which had to approve and accept the constructions for my exhibition. This is not art, was the 1987 reaction about the beginning of Black - White Visible – Invisible. Krassi Rusev, who presented it in Turnovo University last year, was bombarded with attacks ... The same thing until today ... That’s the Way it is Here.

For several years now I claim that Culture is Economy and Economy is Culture - quite disturbing statement for our area. I am an artist. Well ... Trump is not a politician, either. Old perceptions are dying – it is time to choose. And good things remain - and become more beautiful ... Look!
